Everything you need to let go of tension

Five focused tools, built around one proven technique.

Guided PMR sessions

Voice-guided progressive muscle relaxation, working through each muscle group with clear, unhurried instructions.

Breathing tools

Paced breathing exercises that lengthen the exhale — the fastest signal to your nervous system that it's safe to settle.

Quick resets

Short, focused releases for moments of acute stress — at your desk, on the train, anywhere. Done in minutes.

Multi-day programs

Structured programs that build relaxation into a daily habit — because consistency, not duration, rewires the nervous system.

Journal & mood tracking

Note how you feel before and after each session, and watch your own patterns emerge over weeks.

The science

A century-old technique, not a trend

Progressive muscle relaxation was developed by physician Edmund Jacobson in the 1920s and remains one of the most widely studied relaxation methods in clinical practice.

Tension you've stopped noticing

The body adapts to chronic muscle tension so quickly that it becomes invisible. PMR restores awareness — you can't release what you don't notice.

The tense–release cycle

Deliberately tensing a muscle for a few seconds and then releasing it produces a relaxation response deeper than trying to relax directly.

What research shows

Clinical studies associate regular PMR practice with reduced anxiety symptoms, lower muscle tension and shorter time to fall asleep.
